In the summer of 2016, Gail Piper de Mesa was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. After undergoing some conventional treatment and being encouraged by her doctor to pursue additional treatment such as chemotherapy, Gail opted to use other healing techniques instead. Here is her story in her own words:
“In June 2016, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I was terrified. My diagnosis was determined after an ultrasound, several biopsies, and an MRI. A CT scan and bone scan indicated that the cancer was confined to my right breast. After five months of intense daily natural treatments, my large, chest-wall invading tumor grew, and I allowed fear to take hold. In January 2017, I succumbed to a modified radical mastectomy without reconstruction, during which time 15 lymph nodes were removed. Only one of the lymph nodes contained cancer cells. I was informed that the “margins were clear.” I was shocked to see how much muscle and tissue were removed, and my ribs were now fully visible.
I was still fearful, thinking about cancer every time I looked in the mirror, and full of anxiety when anticipating the result of every scan or lab test. It felt like a never-ending cycle that I would have to deal with for the rest of my life. There had to be a better way!
In May 2019, when I discovered German New Medicine (GNM), my perspective completely changed on cancer and dis-ease in general. I soon realized that everything I had done up to that point (including MANY “mainstream” and outrageously expensive alternative cancer therapies) was getting me nowhere. Everything (conventional and otherwise) was based on fear, to one degree or another. I absorbed all I could about GNM, changed course, and have never looked back. Guess what? There was nothing to fear!
Our bodies are not a problem to fix. They are a miracle to discover! Cancer or any other disease will never again instill fear in me. I now have the knowledge and understanding I need to get through ANY health challenge (symptom) that comes up. I. Am. Healed. And I intend to keep it that way!”
EDITOR’S NOTE: As of May 2021, Gail remains well and thriving post-cancer diagnosis.
