This workshop is for anyone who wish to strengthen their immune system to help prevent or overcome cancer or another health challenge.

Through lecture, group exercises, and partner work, you will learn how to:
❤Feel more empowered with your health
❤Strengthen your immune system by changing your diet
❤Identify your strongest reasons for living
❤Access and strengthen your intuition
❤Release suppressed emotions from the past
❤Increase positive emotions
❤Research supplements to discuss with your doctor
❤Accept love and support from others
❤Develop a daily meditation practice
❤Incorporate gentle exercise/movement into your daily routine

Workshop Structure:
**This workshop offers a rolling registration – you may register to start on any available Thursday.

⭐From your starting Thursday you will have 10 consecutive Thursday evening workshops to participate in. Each week covers a different healing factor.
⭐This workshop is offered through zoom. After you register you will receive an email with the zoom link.
⭐Your first week starts at 6:30 pm EST. The first 30 minutes will be an introduction to the workshop.
⭐After your first week, for the rest of the program you will start at 7:00 pm EST and end around 8:15 pm EST.
⭐On your 10th week you are invited to stay until 8:45 pm EST for a closing ceremony.

You are encouraged to register with one support person at no additional cost. This may be a family member, friend, or caregiver. When you register for the workshop you will be asked the name and contact information for you support person so we may send any updates or follow ups on the course to them as well.
