THRIVER WEEK: Releasing Suppressed Emotions: 3 Tiers of Emotional Flow

Discover a new method to “Release Suppressed Emotions” in our 3 tiers of Emotional Flow with Food thriver workshop. Through a fun edible activity, learn a formula to locate, recognize, and release suppressed emotions, while fostering the positive ones. This class will encourage you to implement 8 of the 10 Radical Remission healing factors.

It is not required, but if you’d like to participate in the edible activity, select a flavor from the list, and bring along the “suggested” ingredients to build a parfait as a group.
Flavor Selections:
~ Hard & Spicy: Spicy Nuts or gluten free ginger snap cookies
~ Soft & Semi-Sweet: Non-Dairy Lemon yogurt or berries
~ Sweet & Fluffy: Non Dairy whipped cream or coconut cream
Additional materials:
~ Tall glass or Mason Jar
~ Notepad or journal
