My 14 years as a registered nurse in adult acute hospital care has inspired me on the path to promote self empowered healing and wellness for individuals, communities, and corporate clients. After caring for cancer patients before and after their cancer surgeries, I became intrigued in offering complementary, integrative approaches to support the full spectrum of cancer care and became a reiki master and now a Certified Radical Remission Workshop Instructor and Health Coach. This is after seeing first hand the need for mind, body, and spiritual health integration to create real life personal transformations. I honor an approach of holistic and trauma informed care. I am the founder of MEND Collective, an endeavor to create a culture of conscious, sustainable, and accessible wellness
