As a national board-certified Health and Wellness Coach and Empowerment Self-Defense (ESD) instructor, my focus is on what self-defense as a lifestyle might look like for each individual client. In my work with cancer patients, the question is: how can we take those lifestyle instructions from your medical teams and break them down into simpler steps? How can we create a foundation of support between appointments with your doctor? I'm also a level III Reiki practitioner, a student of herbalism, and I'm a Yoga-Alliance certified meditation teacher.
