Co-Director Radical Remission Project, NBHWC
Liz Curran was inspired to become a health coach after being a caregiver for her sister with an aggressive breast cancer diagnosis. She watched her sister struggle during treatment with feeling powerless to aid her own healing. During that time, Liz believed that there had to be a roadmap out there to guide people to play a stronger role in their health and healing. She believes Radical Remission is that roadmap.
Liz later witnessed the power of lifestyle change first hand, which motivated her to train to become a cancer coach, and has been moved to share her experience ever since.
In her practice, Liz takes an integrative approach to lifestyle change guiding others to release anxiety and cultivate resilience and peace that so often surrounds a diagnosis. Liz coaches her clients to break through limiting beliefs and implement “self-health” techniques to foster a balanced approach to life.
Liz received her certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as well as the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches (NBHWC), and the Forks Over Knives Rouxbe Plant-Based Online Culinary School. She enjoys working as a Holistic Cancer Health Coach, Certified Radical Remission™ Workshop Facilitator, Coach, and Speaker. She is deeply is inspired to empower others to find their voice and play an active role in their health and recovery without feeling alone.
In addition to being a Co-Director of the Radical Remission Project, Liz is a co-founder of the Health Navigators, a Cancer Wellness Community where she coaches individuals, leads coaching groups, facilities healing circles and hosts community events, as well as teaches Radical Remission Workshops virtually and in person in the Philadelphia region and beyond.
